I am available to provide consultation, contracted services and workshop trainings on request and am knowledgable in the areas of chronic stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, communication skills, parenting after separation grief and loss, polyvagal theory and trauma informed practise.
Counselling/Therapy Session: One hour session is $120 (no GST).
Extended Counselling/Therapy Session: 90-min session is $180 (no GST).
Couples Counselling/Therapy: One hour session is $140 (no GST). Extended Couples Session: 90-min session is $210 (no GST).
Consultation, Workshops and Workplace Trainings: Rates may vary and are agreed upon at the time of request.
I operate on a fee for service basis and my counselling fees include our time in session and other necessary preparation time, including record keeping. I am pleased to offer a sliding scale in some situations. Please inquire.
Payment is due at the time of each session by cash or major credit card. E-transfer can be arranged prior to each session if preferred. I will issue you a receipt right away. I require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment, otherwise you may be charged a fee. My hours vary, but are typically between Monday - Saturday with limited availability on evenings and weekends.

First Nations Health Authority Approved Mental Health Provider
If you meet the eligibility requirements, the First Nation's Health Authority provides several types of funding for mental health counselling - The Mental Health Support Program for Indian Residential School Survivors (and family members); The Short Term Crisis Intervention Mental Health Program and the Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and Girls program. If you think you may be eligible please contact me and I can support you to apply for funding.
Health Plans and Extended Benefits
The services provided by a registered social worker are reimbursed by many extended health plans, insurance companies and/or employee assistance programs. Please reach out with your provider to determine if they will cover your session fees. You may also be able to claim counselling fees on your tax return. I am happy to assist you in trying to determine your eligibility for benefits if needed.
